Under Windows environment, and produced using Windows language, the system using high-end computer as center, with import digital multi-meter of high precision, low potential scan switch, and power regulator. Operator can do full operation with a mouse conveniently under Chinese Win95/Win98/Winme operation system. The system do data processing according to national metrological verification regulations, and can print all records of form and certificate, also can save the record for future reference.
