Gate valve is the most normal open-close valve, connect and cut-off the media of pipelines with both sides of rams. FEP(F46)、PCTFE(F3) type used in ,temperature -50℃~150℃, aqua regia, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid and various organic acids, strong acids, strong oxidizing agents, FEP used in alkali organic solvents and other corrosive gases, liquid medium pipelines.

Features

1.       body has two kinds ,flat body and round body shape: GB valve with a round body, ANSI pounds Valves ,DN ≤ 300Lb ,using flat body, DN ≥ 400Lb using a round body, valve body, valve cover of the cavity and the gate , the outer surface of stem and other parts in contact directly with the media, all were lining FEP (F46) and other fluorine plastics;

2.       the sealing is FPF (F46) / FEP (F46) or other material combinations, the friction coefficient is small, open and close torque is low;

3.       Fill with PTFE (F4) Standard packing, sealing performance, easy maintenance and replacement;

4.       With a flexible gate, can compensate the bias between gate valve seat sealing surface and sealing surface of wedge angle, the degree of matching is good, sealing are satisfactory;

5.       Medium can be passed in any direction from both sides of the valve, is suitable for open and close devices of pipelines that medium direction could change
