This product is made up of main valve and needle adjusting valve、guide valve 、ball valve and connection system, main valve using full channel, DC-style, streamlined design, and use two types of diaphragm type or piston-type structure. . This product is used to set the pressure regulating spring guide valve and outlet pressure of needle valve opening , and through taking over the role of the feedback of connection system and the control room to stabilize the outlet pressure.

Working principle

When the water supplied by pipe from the inlet side, the water across needle valve into the main valve control room, outlet pressure through the catheter into the lead  valve, when the outlet pressure above the valve guide set value, the guide valve closed, the control room  stop drainage, At this point the main valve control room pressure rise and close the main valve, outlet pressure will not rise.

When the outlet pressure dropped to guide valve set pressure, guide valve is open , the control room downstream drainage. As the guide needle valve displacement is greater than the inlet water, the main valve control room pressure drop, inlet pressure so make the main valve open. Steady state, the control room, water, drainage same, opening is the same, the same outlet pressure.
